Homeowner Representative Services

The reconstruction process is a critical time for all parties involved. With many years in the reconstruction industry, CMI understands that one of the keys to the project’s success relies on knowledge and good communication and coordination. Because of this, CMI offers “in-house” Homeowner Representative services to Homeowner Associations undergoing repair and reconstruction.

The Homeowner Representative is a liaison between the homeowners and the construction team. In larger multi-residential projects, where many homeowners are impacted by the construction work during the repair process, the Homeowner Representative coordinates construction scheduling and facilitates interaction between the homeowners, architect and general contractor. This helps to minimize the inconvenience and disruption to the homeowners, thereby contributing to the overall success of the project.
