We met Lance Luke approximately 12 years ago when a client hired him to examine our work for an interior remodel. I knew from moment one that this is a persona and a company I wanted on our side from then on.
WOW…very impressive. And, I’m so surprised, as you mentioned it would take you quite a while to get the report completed. That was the shortest “quite a while” I’ve ever seen. Let me first say Mahalo for your fine effort and promptness.
I have worked with Lance Luke for the past two years on multi-family HUD projects. Lance’s role for us has been as a HUD Representative Inspector for these projects. This job has required that Lance attend twice monthly inspections at the projects and two additional inspections at the 9-Month and 12-Month anniversaries of the completion of the projects.
Our office represented the Corrine C. Strauser Trust in liquidating and administering trust assets. The Trust retained Lance Luke as real estate agent in selling property in Kailua. Since he has experience in both property inspection and real estate,
Lance Luke’s thorough building inspections have helped my clients and me wisely determine whether a building acquisition was a “go” or “no go.” Lance has also completed construction management work on acquisitions that required substantial renovation.
We want to thank you for the excellent services that you have provided and continue to provide to us as an expert in the premises liability case that attorney Rod Sisson and I are litigating in Honolulu.
I wanted to complement you on the speech you did yesterday at the Building expo. I could have listened to you all day. You gave a lot of interesting points that I’m pretty sure most of us overlook.
This is my background. I am a retired Major General USAF. I am not a pilot. I am an electronics engineer. I designed the Hawaii Air Defense System, i.e.,strategic and tactical placement of heavy ground radar surveillance and control stations.
It is my opinion that your services to Holiday Parkway during our recent renovation project at were of value.
Your firm, along with Michael Kasamoto (engineer) prepared the specification of work,
Thank you for your professional courtesy and expertise exhibited in my client’s construction defect case last year. As you will recall, the issue was whether there was any fault in the design and/or construction of the single family dwelling which created a situation of expanding soil leading to cracking throughout the home.
I am writing this letter of recommendation for Lance Luke. I usually do not write these types of letter but felt compelled because of how impressed I was working with Lance on our newly completed 110,000 sq.ft.,
I would like to take this opportunity to be a reference for Lance Luke in the field of construction inspection, coordination and administration. I am an architect that has recently provided construction observations and field investigations for The Plaza at Moanalua,
MW Group, Ltd., is the owner and developer of The Plaza at Moanalua assisted living project, which was constructed from May 2011 until October 2012. The project was financed with a HUD construction loan and we had the good fortune of having Lance Luke as the HUD inspector.
